Mr.
J.E. (Jerry) Woytack offers extensive pension plan expertise
and service experience in the Municipal, College, Public
Service and Teachers’ pension plans of British Columbia.
His knowledge of defined benefit plans, governance structures,
legislation and regulations’ affecting such plans
was gained over a ten-year period from 1990 to 2000, as
Deputy Commissioner for the B.C. Superannuation Commission,
now the B.C. Pension Corporation.
Mr. Woytack has lead Retirement Seminars, for plan members
in the College, Municipal, Public Service Pension Plans
of British Columbia.
Mr. Woytack has managed Early Retirement Incentive Programs
and customized retirement incentive plans for public sector
organizations, as well as pension and retirement
counseling
for many individual clients.
His experience includes
BC Public Service, senior management,
policy, budget and program delivery expertise. Knowledge
of government operations, creating and modifying
service organizations, human resource planning ,succession
planning and analysis.
